Order Processing Time

• We process every order within 1-2 business days.
• Weekends and public holidays don't count — no processing or shipping on those days.
• Placed your order after 2:00 PM GMT-05:00? It'll be processed the next business day.
• As soon as your order is confirmed and set to ship, you'll get a confirmation email.

Standard Shipping Cost to the USA

Orders under $99 come with a flat $14.99 standard shipping charge. The shipment method will also switch automatically to our standard shipping option.

Free Shipping

Spend over $99, and your shipping is on us — free delivery across the USA. 

Note: 

All other details stay the same as our standard shipping. This includes the order cutoff time, handling time, transit time, and total delivery time. These rules apply the same way to every order under $99.

Important to know: We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Shipping timeframes apply once your order has been processed and dispatched. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Every price on popularjacket.com is shown in US Dollars. Sales tax gets added at checkout, based on where your order is shipping to, and you'll see it clearly before you pay. No hidden charges, no surprises.

Give Us the Right Details for Fast Delivery

For quick delivery, please double-check your contact number, shipping address, and other details at checkout. Your exact permanent address is a must. If something's off with your address or phone number, we'll hold your order and email you until it's fixed.

Order Tracking

• Your order ships, and by the next business day, you'll get a tracking number by email.
• We only use trusted couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. 
• Won't be around to receive it? Just let the courier company know in advance, and someone else can accept it for you.

Lost Parcels

Package missing, or tracking not updating as expected? You can file a lost-parcel claim 10 days after your order was dispatched. From there, we'll work with the courier to look into it and, if needed, refund your credit or ship you a replacement.

Return Shipping Cost

Returning something because you changed your mind or want a different size or style? That shipping cost falls on you. But if what arrived is defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and include some photos as evidence.
