In case you are not completely happy with your jacket or any other outfit purchased from Popular Jacket, you are free to request a return or refund in accordance with our policy. Furthermore, our return and refund process is highly curated to keep everything simple, fair, and customer-friendly. Return Eligibility:

Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry. You have a chance to return your purchase. 

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  • Please note that returns must be requested within the specified return period, which is 30 days of delivery. 
  • If the product has a sign of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse, then it will not qualify for a refund or exchange. 
  • We request our beloved customers to inspect their order upon delivery and contact our support team promptly with clear proof if there are any issues. 

Return Request Process:

To request a return, a customer must provide us with their order number along with details about the item they wish to return to our official email. Make sure you provide a proper reason for the return request. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the complete information you need for the return process.

All approved returns must be shipped directly to our official business warehouse: 5217 Sherman St, Houston, TX 77011, United States. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

How will customers get the return label?

Customer responsibility (We will provide the return shipping address via email, and customers must purchase their own trackable shipping label).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Popular Jacket strives to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition at your doorstep without any problem. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible. In such cases, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The customer must provide photos of the item and packaging to help us review the issue quickly. Once confirmed, we will work to provide you with the best service possible. Moreover, this process is very simple and fair to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any order issues promptly and professionally. 

Non-Returnable Items:

At Popular Jacket, some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. We try our best, but if the items do not match our requirements, then a refund is not possible. These items will include final sale products and discounted or clearance items. Moreover, those products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be entertained. The customized or made-to-order items will also be non-returnable. So, we encouraged our customers to review product details carefully before placing an order, as these items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Refund Process:

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it according to our guidelines. Once it is inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times. Please note that processing times will vary, and it will take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. In some cases, we will issue partial refunds if an item is returned in a condition that differs from its original state. Popular Jacket aims to handle all refunds quickly, fairly, and transparently to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Exchange Policy:

We only offer exchanges on the eligible items to ensure you receive the right size, color, or product that meets your expectations. If you wish to exchange an item, you must submit a request within 30 days after receiving your order. Note that if you want to exchange the desired item, then you have to bear the shipping cost for the exchange. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the replacement will be shipped as soon as possible. The requests for exchanges are handled similarly to returns.

Late or Missing Refunds:

In case you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, don't panic. Simply first check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary. Moreover, it will take some additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If the refund is still not visible, then get in touch with us through our email with your order details so we can investigate the issue. Popular Jacket will verify the status of your return and confirm whether the refund has been processed. Thus, our goal is to resolve any delays quickly and ensure you receive your refund as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation:

Popular Jacket understands that sometimes you will need to cancel an order after placing it. If you want to cancel your order, then email us at contact@popularjacket.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. 

  • You must cancel it within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. 
  • Moreover, the order cancellation request made more than 24 hours after receiving the email will not be entertained. 
  • Once your order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 
  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, we will issue a full refund (100%) to your original payment method. No cancellation, processing, or handling fees will be charged for cancellations made within this 24-hour window. 
  • If an order cannot be cancelled, customers will return the item under our 30-day return policy, subject to return eligibility and conditions.
