Return & Exchange Window

• You get 30 days to return, refund, or exchange your item, counted from the day it's delivered.
• Once 30 days have passed since delivery. Unfortunately, we can't process any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Want to start a return, refund, or exchange? Just email our support team at contact@popularjacket.com and share your order number, item details, and the reason for your request.
• Please note: items sent back without prior approval (RMA) won't be accepted.

Restocking Charges

We don't charge any fee for restocking your returned item.

Who Can Return an Item

• Your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging still attached.
• Please make sure it's free from any smells, like perfume or detergent, before sending it back.

How to Return Your Item

• To start your return, send an email to contact@popularjacket.com with your order number, item name, and the reason for returning it.
• Pack your item securely, then share the return shipping receipt or tracking number with us.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

• Changed your mind or want a different size or style? Then return shipping is your responsibility.
• Got something damaged, defective, or wrong? Send us photo proof within 30 days of delivery, and Popular Jacket covers the full shipping cost.

Cancelling Your Order

Want to cancel? You can only do that before your order ships out. Once it's dispatched, we're unable to cancel it.

Refund Timing

• Once we receive and check your returned item, we'll get your refund started.
• After approval, it usually takes 7 business days to land.
• We send refunds back to the same payment method you used. Can't use it anymore? We'll reach out to sort out another way to pay you.
• If the item looks used, damaged, or altered, it doesn't meet our policy — and we may turn down the return.

Exchange Policy

• Need a different size or color? You've got 30 days to ask for a swap.
• Just keep in mind exchanges depend on what's currently in stock.
