A 35% processing and handling fee will be deducted from the total payment for cancellations requested within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
When Cancellation Is Not Allowed
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests after 24 hours from order confirmation are not accepted.
