Eligibility for Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To request cancellation, email contact@popularjacket.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Deduction on Order Cancellation

A 35% processing and handling fee will be deducted from the total payment for cancellations requested within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

When Cancellation Is Not Allowed

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests after 24 hours from order confirmation are not accepted.

Return Options for Non-Cancellable Orders

If an order cannot be canceled, customers may return the item under our 30-day return policy, subject to return eligibility and conditions.
