Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request Timeframe:

Here at Popular Jacket, a customer must submit the cancellation request as quickly as possible after placing their order. Orders can typically only be canceled within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email from us. If your order once enters the processing or shipping stage, you are not able to cancel the order. Then you have to follow the return process after delivery. Furthermore, if a customer wants to cancel the order within the provided timeframe, then simply reach out to us at our email address, that is, contact@popularjacket.com, with your order number and reason for cancellation. Thus, we always aim to handle requests quickly to provide a flexible shopping experience for our customers.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled:

Once your order reaches a specific stage in processing at our fashion house, then the cancellation is not possible. At Popular Jacket, orders that have already been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier are no longer eligible for cancellation. Kindly note that customized or made-to-order items also can not be canceled once the making has started. Actually, those are prepared specifically for each customer at their request. 

Moreover, in such cases, customers are still able to request a return or exchange of the item, according to our return policy. To avoid these types of order cancellation problems, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming. Cancellation requests after 24 hours from order confirmation are not accepted.

Cancellation Approval Process:

All cancellation requests are carefully reviewed to ensure the customer experiences a smooth and fair process at Popular Jacket. Want to cancel your order? Simply reach out to us at contact@popularjacket.com. Once you submit your request for cancellation, our support team will verify your order status to confirm whether it's eligible for cancellation. If your order is not processed or shipped and your request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email, then it will be approved for cancellation. The customer will be notified about their approved request via email. Furthermore, if the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. 

Refund After Cancellation:

Once your cancellation request is approved (if requested within 24 hours of order placement and before the order has been processed/shipped), a full refund (100%) will be issued to your original payment method. We do not charge any cancellation, processing, or handling fees for orders canceled within this timeframe. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, though it takes 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. However, if you still don't get your refund amount within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank and reaching out to our customer support for further assistance.
